United States Windsurfer Class Association
USWCA
Come Sail With US!

Whether you are just starting out for the first time,
curious about the sport, or already an experienced windsurfer,
the Windsurfer Class would like to welcome you.

About Us

The USWCA is part of the International Windsurfer Class Association and was created to help guide Windsurfer Class activities in the United States. The USWCA is a volunteer organization that seeks to make windsurfing more widely available to people of all experience levels for both recreational sailing and one design Class racing. Membership revenue helps support and promote Class activities such as racing, social events, learn to windsurf programs, and demo days.

All About Fun

The original Windsurfer Class sailboard spawned the windsurfing craze that swept the world over fifty years ago. The Windsurfer LT is the modern upgrade of the popular original — accessible to the whole family, easy to set up, and fun to sail over a wide range of conditions. The board even doubles as a stand-up paddleboard!

Friendly Competition

The Windsurfer Class is enjoying a world-wide resurgence thanks to the popularity of the Windsurfer LT. The Class offers one design racing where the focus is on fair and friendly competition. Racing in the Windsurfer Class is a great way to improve your sailing in a fun and social community.

We have an exciting year ahead with regattas coming up in Florida in April,

an East Coast Tour starting in New Jersey in June,

and an expanded West Coast Tour to be announced soon!
